How did we do it?

• Designed and developed the groundbreaking RFW Tools Satellite Broadcast Training.
• Created spiral curriculum with topic-specific courses, such as writing briefing papers and forms design.
• Developed DVD-based instructional design versions for three of the classroom courses to reach even more VBA staff.
• Researched and developed a fully interactive e-learning version of the RFW Tools course.
