What resulted?

• The nine-course curriculum reaches across multiple teaching and learning platforms.
• More than 15,000 VBA staff members have been trained in the RFW Tools course and clear writing techniques.
• More than 1,000 VBA staff members have been trained in advanced communication writing techniques.
• RFW Tools, a core employee training course, is being translated into an online course.
• The RFW initiative reengineered all of VBA’s written communication.
