Bad forms create a barrier between people and the help they need—barriers like 30 pages for a food stamp application. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) asked Kleimann to help state food stamp offices improve their level of skill in developing forms. Rather than redesigning the forms, Kleimann transferred our knowledge so state food stamp offices could create more sustainable solutions independently. |
