  • Redesigned several state application forms and supported working groups’ redesign efforts.
  • Created a key resource, Guide to Assessing Food Stamp Application Forms, which documented a process for improving forms and laid out standards for assessing forms. This resource is available for purchase.
  • Taught good forms design practices in a two-and-a-half-day course to state employees, building internal capacity.
