I started my career in public policy. Over ten years, I saw the same pattern of a program here and a program there working separately rather than collaborating toward common goals. While I saw the need for better organizational practices, I didn’t know how to build those bridges. Earning a graduate degree in organizational development and knowledge management, I came to work for Kleimann with a desire to help clients break down internal barriers. My Kleimann work concentrates on facilitating collaborative writing efforts across client organizations. We’ve created award-winning products that communicate clearly while blazing trails for new collaboration and partnership.
